• In-browser image file size compression to target kilobytes or megabytes.
• Digital biometric photo alignment, cropping, and printable grid composition for passport and visa documents.
• Client-side canvas scaling, sharpening, and resolution enhancement.

All standard tools operate locally in the end-user's browser without transferring graphic assets to Toolchi web servers.

3. Acceptable Use & User Warranties

You agree to use Toolchi only for lawful, ethical purposes. You explicitly warrant and represent that:

• You possess all necessary rights, permissions, or ownership over any image you upload or process through the tools.
• You will not use the tools to produce fraudulent identity documentation, counterfeit records, or deceptive materials designed to circumvent official verification systems.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or launch automated stress tests (denial-of-service) against our digital infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: Toolchi claims zero ownership, license, or copyright over any images or files processed on your device. All rights in your original photographs remain entirely yours.

Toolchi Property: The Toolchi brand, logos, source code, design templates, layouts, and algorithms are the proprietary property of Toolchi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Toolchi and all associated tools are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. While our alignment templates follow published consular specifications (e.g., US Department of State, UK HMPO, NADRA Pakistan), we cannot guarantee that an individual photograph will not be rejected by an immigration authority due to subjective lighting, background variations, or individual examiner discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Toolchi, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to missed application deadlines, passport rejection fees, or travel disruptions.

7. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Toolchi following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance thereof.
