Why are thousands of DV Lottery applications disqualified every year?

Up to 30% of entries are automatically disqualified before the lottery draw due to incorrect photo specifications — mainly shadows on the background, incorrect eye level, or wrong aspect ratios. Toolchi's built-in biometric guide and AI background removal ensure 100% compliance.

Is Toolchi's DV Lottery photo maker free?

Yes, 100% free with unlimited generation and instant download ready for the official state.gov portal.
